Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, clearance products, and promotional items.

• Opened bottles of e-liquids or cartridges.

• Personal care vape accessories once used.

Refund Process

• Refunds will only be issued once the product is inspected and approved.

• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with pictures and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
